The Blaine Scholarship Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization devoted to the continued education of graduating seniors from Blaine High School in Blaine, WA. The Blaine Scholarship Foundation hosts an annual golf tournament at a local golf course raising funds to grant these scholarships. Since 1992, the Blaine Scholarship Foundation has been able to provide graduating students with over $492,000 in scholarships. The only way we as an organization have been able to complete this task is from the generosity of the community members and businesses in Whatcom and Skagit Counties.
